Wind Power Plants
Predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, clean energy.
Cost and income efficiency in the use of wind energy is becoming more and more of strategic importance due to changed economic and political framework conditions. CMS systems - equipped with sensors from PULSOTRONIC - reliably and permanently supply characteristic values for monitoring systems or entire wind parks, for system manufacturers, service providers and operators.
Noice / Acoustic
Acoustic monitoring of wavelets or noisy disturbances with structure-borne noice decoupled sensors.
Blade Load
A coordinated combination of an adapted mechanical body and a selected strain gauge measuring bridge enables the monitoring of mechanical stressed blades and blade adapters or the towers. Via BUS-interface these sensors are comunicate with the PLC of the plant.
Current / Ground Current
Adaptive measuring of leakage current flow inside of the switching cabinet. Lowest measuring by compensation of the earth magnetic field. These sensors are suitable for retrofitting by divided housing.
Azimut Monitoring
Customized sensors are enable the detection of speed and direction of all Azimut - motors. Sychronous motor speed will secure a failure-free and long-time operation.
Tower Vibration Load
Detection of tower moving and vibrations, Azimut and generator vibration by using intelligent acceleration sensor with additional tilt-function. System desing acc. to perfomance level request.
Pitch Control
Non-contact and fully redundant angle sensors for control of the blade angle and the blade moving by the pitch motors.
Rotor Condition
Detection of the rotor speed and concentric running by temperature resistant inductive sensors.
Bearing Monitoring
Safely sensors with self-monitoring and fault tracking are detecting fit and movement of the blade bearing by a highly precise measuring.
Condition Monitoring
CMS systems are supervising comprehensively the condition of the wind power plant. Several sensors combined with interface modules and PLC elements are secure the failure-free operation and provide additionally informations for predictive maintenance.
